| The Video Format Converter is designed for ESEC 3006 wire bonder to convert its video output signals to VGA compatible ones such that current VGA monitors (including LCD monitors) can be used with this machine. |
| The video output of ESEC 3006 consists two channels. One is from the live image captured from the vision camera. The other one is for graphical user interface menu for operator. The original video signal is based on low scan rate and incompatible with the VGA monitors in the market today. |
| The Video Format Converter is in VME bus form factor and can be easily plugged into the machine backplane. As the converter only take power from the machine, it does not interfere with the machine operation at all. NO software or hardware changes are needed.
